Q. How is the Real Estate Market at Black Butte Ranch?

A. "In the 28-plus years that I have been involved in Black Butte Ranch operations, development, property management and real estate sales, I have not seen as intense a real estate period as we are experiencing now. Normally, there are 40 to 60 homes for sale at Black Butte Ranch. Today, of the 25 homes listed, 10 have pending sales, netting 15 available properties listed for sale! This is definitely a seller's market, i.e. strong buyer demand, limited inventory."
